Meet our Staff

Executive Director of Clinical Affairs

Deborah Holmes, PT has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist since 1975. She graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore City with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.  She has broad experiences in acute care, outpatient care, home health, skilled nursing and with developmentally challenged adults. She has been a manager in a major hospital in the Metropolitan area and has seen and experienced many changes in the profession over the years. This has strengthened her love of physical therapy as a healing profession that has made a world of difference in the lives of real people including their families and friends.

Executive Director of Business Development

Dwayne Holmes has extensive experience working in the finance and computer industries as a developer and manager. He brings his unique experiences in these fields to the health care industry. Dwayne runs the business and informational technology divisions to Complete Physical Therapy LLC and is instrumental in moving the company to electronic medical records and billing which he developed in house. Through his efforts and success, he is expanding this technology to other healthcare practices.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Justin Robinson, PTA has been practicing as a physical therapy assistant since 2006 when he graduated from Montgomery College. He has since been working in outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities where he has gained experience in orthopedic injuries, work- hardening, amputees and the geriatric population.
